Withdrawals will not be processed before the receipt of the requested details. If, at any time, Purple Lounge finds transactions processed with a debit or credit card belonging to a second (or third party), additional documentation will be required to reopen the account.
Non-UK residents using debit cards may also be required to follow the above authorisation procedure.
