Dreams Casino only launched in 2015, so it has a really clear idea of how online gambling is evolving. With that in mind, it offers downloadable, instant play, and mobile versions of its casino. And it offers all of this to players worldwide - including US-based gamblers.
The casino site is very bold, with a colourful, almost 'cartoony' feel, but this shouldn't detract from the quality and quantity of the Real Time Gaming (RTG) games. RTG are a tried and tested software supplier, especially for US players, and Dreams offer over 150 of their best, newest and most reliable games.
The wesbite is very simple to navigate, and you'll quickly find your way around. At the top of each screen you'll see two icons - one for the Instant Play casino, one for the download. Which of these you choose will depend on which games you wish to play, and how you want to play them.
Dreams offer a rather unusual sign-up bonus, which we discuss in more detail under the Bonuses section, but suffice to say it's unlike anything you'll find anywhere else! For longer term players, they also have an impressive 5-tier VIP program, which can see players given Free chips and tailored VIP-only offers and bonuses. If you're a High Roller, it's well worth checking out.
NB if you've read online that Dreams is 'not recommended', please read our discussion under the Trust and Reputation heading.Play now at Dreams
Dreams is available a download, instant play and mobile client. The vast majority of the games library is available via Instant Play, but there are some games that are only available in the Download casino - our old favourite Sic Bo, for example. The one major difference between the two clients is in the number of Video Poker games - 16 Instant Play, 77 in the Download.
As far as the mobile client is concerned, Dreams has made a good start, and currently offers almost 30 of its most popular casino games in HD for mobile play and will soon be adding even more.
If you have a modern computer with a decent graphics card, an up to date browser, and decent Internet connection, you'd be better off using the instant play casino, unless you're a particular fan of Sic Bo and Video Poker!
Whichever client you choose, pngall games can be played in free play mode, if you wish to practice and hone your skills before wagering real money on them.
Selecting a game is easy - the lobby gives you a number of different ways to select your games, by category, by list or by icon. Hover over any game in the Games List within the Instant Play casino and it immediately shows if the game is available for Instant Play, download only or is mobile-friendly.
The RTG software is solid and reliable, if not particularly innovative. It's a bit like a vintage car with a souped-up engine. You know exactly what you're getting, and how it works.Play these games at Dreams
This is where things get interesting!
Dreams are offering a very unusual bonus, where there are no wagering requirements and ALL games are eligible. Even Slots players, who are used to minimal rollover, will find the zero wagering unusual. But for Table games fans, this is unheard of! You now have a Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette or even Sic Bo bonus that doesn't expect you to roll it over 100 or more times. At first sight, this can seem too good to be true. But it's not - it's Dreams casino's way of 'going out on a limb' and seeing how many players can be successful. The coupon code to use is DREAMS2000.
The bonus itself isn't cashable, but any winnings you make can be withdrawn, with no maximum. All in all, this is an excellent bonus and we highly recommend it, especially to Table games fans.
Should you rip through the initial 200% bonus, you can claim a very similar re-deposit bonus (DREAMS200). The only difference on this one is that there IS a wagering requirement on Table games of 30 x. Slots and Keno, however, still require zero rollover.
VIP promotions include 250% matches on your subsequent deposits, with 30% deposit insurance deals attached to them. Extra weekly VIP chips with no deposit required are also yours to claim.

Dreams casino’s deposit methods really do depend on where you live. For instance, if you live in the United States, you are going to be able to deposit using VISA and Master Card, but not Neteller, which is reserved for European players only. All deposits are free of charge, and arrive in your account instantly.
Withdrawing your funds from Dreams Casino is trickier for players based in the USA. You have cash deposit, check (FedEx Cashier’s Check), and wire transfer options open to you. You can withdraw up to $2,000 per week unless you are a VIP player, then you’ll have higher withdrawal limits.
Wire transfer and check withdrawals require minimum limits of $200 and $300 to be taken out, respectively. You will also be charged for using these services.
Players will be contacted after a withdrawal request is approved, to verify all personal information and to discuss current payout options. Players must have correct information (email address, physical address, phone numbers, etc) to be paid.
NB All wagering is done in U.S. dollars, but you can make a deposit in any currency and Dreams will credit your account in dollars at the current bank exchange rate.

This is an area that needs discussion.
Dreams has had a little bit of a checkered history. Up to 2015, it was known as Cirrus Casino, before rebranding and relaunching as Dreams. In the past, Cirrus Casino had a less than stellar reputation. Voted 'Worst Casino' by Casinomeister back in 2007, it was known for putting restrictions in the way of players making withdrawals. To be fair to Cirrus, they blamed the problems on bonus abuse and being a victim of their own success in attracting the wrong sort of players via their inventive bonus offers.
A Google search for 'Cirrus casino' or even 'Dreams casino' may well show up some historical reports from customers who were having payout issues. In some cases, the reporting websites even recommend staying away from Cirrus. Many of these date back to 2011 and even further.
With the rebranding, the situation seems to have been sorted and a search for outstanding issues now shows that they're all being resolved in a timely fashion. Players' advocates like AskGamblers and Casinomeister have removed Dreams from their 'blacklists' and are happy to recommend the casino going forward. If you want to read Casinomeister's report from 2015, please follow this link.
Dreams is licensed out of Curacao, and is owned and operated by Hastings International B.V. Players need to know that they're playing at a genuinely fair casino, and Dreams go out of their way to assure you that that's the case. They are more than happy to publish security certificates from one of the most respected bodies in the casino industry - Gaming Laboratories International. Dreams' transaction processors have been carefully chosen based on the security and reliability of their services. All of their processors utilize the latest in SSL encryption technologies to ensure the protection of your credit card and personal information at all times.
As with all RTG casinos, player disputes can be referred to the Central Disputes System (CDS).
Customer support is one area that Dreams have pretty well covered. Telephone support is available 24/7 for players worldwide, with dedicated lines for each country, most of which are free to use.
They offer three different email addresses to deal with specific queries (General, Withdrawals and VIP) and Live Chat is available via Liveperson, though this is not available 24/7, which is disappointing. Bizarrely, the in-game live chat is still branded as Cirrus casino. Hopefully that will change soon.
For simpler queries, you can use the extensive FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) guide on the website.
Dreams Casino is clearly making a huge effort to distance itself from its past and start earning a new reputation. They're doing that by repackaging what is a solid platform of games, and making them available to players across a number of devices.
They are fully US-friendly, and have decent deposit and withdrawal options in place for American players. No US casino can offer the same range of options as a UK / EU casino can, but Dreams does it as well as any other.
The stand out feature of Dreams is its unique all games, no wagering sign-up bonus, and that alone may be enough to lure you in. However, they also offer a great range of re-deposit and weekly bonuses, and offer a comprehensive VIP loyalty scheme for those looking for exclusivity.
All in all, we hope that Dreams can continue to reinvent themselves and become a top destination for US gamblers looking for a modern, well designed, mobile-friendly environment.Play now at Dreams
